"I am currently eating an orange right out of the fridge... This wouldn't be relevant except for the fact I have been unable to do so for almost 2 weeks (and after meal replacement drinks, an orange is heaven). After seeing Dr. Thoms only hours ago, I feel so much better.

I came into the office in tears from dental pain... Dr. Thoms assistant was not only caring but sympathetic. She GENTLY took the x-ray that was needed, and took the extra time to get it out of my mouth without causing more pain. Dr. Thoms himself was awesome. Everything was explained to me... he offered to take his time & even stop the procedure that was being performed if I was uncomfortable. Meanwhile, his assistant held my hand and encouraged me.
